Purpose

These Terms regulate access, browsing, and product purchases on our website www.StampAtelierCo.com.

Purchase Process

  • Prices are displayed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes.
  • Customers select products, confirm their order, and complete payment through the authorized gateways.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times: 2 business days in main cities and 5 business days in other areas.
  • Shipping costs are calculated before checkout.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number for their order.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 5 business days of receiving the product (Law 1480 of 2011), except for legally excluded cases (personal use products, intimate apparel, opened cosmetics, perishable goods, etc.).
  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to the store.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days after the return is accepted.

Warranties

  • All products carry the legal warranty.
  • To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact somos@StampAtelierCo.com, providing the corresponding evidence.
  • The store may proceed with repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

Liability
